If so log in and log back out after a few days if it still has not updated at all.
Often times new users to Demonoid just have no idea where to start.

I want to make sure my ratio is properly tracked so i can have ratio proofs for future invites. Or know of a better entry level site for quality movies? Demonoid's ratio is only updated once a day according to them. just post a screenshot of your torrent client to show that you upload and download with a ratio nearer to 1:1, if you don't have anything else.
I followed the steps they have listed on demonoid faq but it didn't work. don't think demonoid updates of stats are accurate, most of the people won't accept if you give demonoid ratio anyways.
There are a few reasons your ratio isn't updating properly.
If the server is unresponsive, slow, or overloaded, the "event=stopped" message which is required to update your stats may become lost.
They acctually post alot of torrents from other trackers there as well so the stats probably wouldnt update properly on those torrents as well.
The last visit: should display a few seconds ago, like so~ Or you inadvertently downloaded and seeded a Demonoid tracked torrent from another site, unaware that the stats would be sent to the Demonoid tracker.
This seems to be the reason it happens mostly, people downloading Demonoid tracked torrents from other torrent index sites.
Just wait for it a little bit longer and if it keeps unchanged then I would mail a Demonoid mod and ask about this, maybe he can give you some info. Demonoid wont start the passkey system for several reasons: First, ratio means nothing there & staff dont care about your ratio, so whats the point in putting in a new system if ratio doesnt mean anything.
Third, if they did implement the passkey system it will be much more work for staff and also put much more strain on there servers and in time may cost them more money to operate.
